0 You have already voted! Rating:1 AVOID AVOID AVOID! Opened an account and can’t access it via the app. It says “Registration Error”. When I phone them they say I failed data protection (I think I know my name, address, email address and DOB!!) and won’t help. They just tell me to travel a 3hr 20min round trip to Bradford to go in branch. Complaint has been lodged, and as soon as I do get access to the account I am closing it. You may be offering a good headline interest rate, but it’s really not worth the hassle.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I rang and ask how to open a bank account and they told to visit one of their branches at any time, it’s a walking service. I visited one of their branches 3 hours before the close and they told me that they cannot see me today as they are too busy. Very unreliable, even in a such simple matter

Since this post the hours have changed and they no longer open weekends. This is disappointing as this was one of their selling points. Although it won’t affect me as my working hours will still let me attend if I need to, if you work 9-5 this may not be the case.
