0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I spoke on the phone for over an hour with the INCREDIBLE Joanne Stringer. She was so patient and kind and sorted out my extremely stressful banking issue. She should be promoted or given a raise because she really went above and beyond the call of duty! I’ve banked with TSB for 14 years and considered switching but her conduct convinced me to stay.
