0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Pre booked an appointment to open two savings accounts for my son’s. Got to the branch and it was cancelled. No telephone call to ore warn me or anything when I had arranged a baby sitter. Not had an apology or anything. I’ve emailed the lady that set the appointment up and she has not responded. Booked in at cleckheaton now hoping they will be a better branch. I won’t be using this branch again.
