0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Massively disappointed, I’ve been here a couple of times before and the food has been nice. Visited this time, the drinks were lovely but the food was not great at all. My partner had sausage and mash in the Yorkshire pudding, the sausages were slimy and the mash was definitely Smash. I had a chicken burger, the chips were cold and tasted like they’d been there for a while and the burger was gooey inside? Sensory hell. Needless to say, we both felt quite unwell after eating here and continue to feel unwell a day later. Lovely pub, but I definitely won’t be eating here again. I’ve had better school dinners.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited today and I was pleasantly surprised about the amount of Gluten Free choices on the menu! I’m Celiac, and eating out can be hell at times. I order the steak and chips, and it was beautiful! Very reasonably priced, and cooked to perfection. The place looks great after its refurb, its spotlessly clean, and the staff are great. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

I’ve been in tonight, and most of the pub has been sectioned off, so there was no where to sit. I had to leave and go to trusty wetherspoons.
It’s such a shame as it’s a really nice pib, but to not have adequate seating at 7pm is disappointing.
———–first full 5 star rating I have given in a few years.
Had the 8oz sirloin stake, and it was lovely. Full off flavour and not at all dry even with it being well done.
Staff are really lovely and all smiles. Customer focused, I will definitely be returning.
