0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I recently spent a Saturday evening in the Brass Owl with some close friends. We identify as women of a certain age range who appreciated a sense of comfortable safety when we want to drink and gentle disassociate from life in general. We found the Brass Owl to be a lovely safe drinking place – well lit, friendly, comfortable, able to have a conversation (within our group and with other patrons) music is just loud enough to enjoy as well, with some floor space available if the need to move to the music should happen to overcome you. Great range of delicious cocktails. The team seems open to new cocktail ideas (saw a vegan cocktail being tested). Not sure what happened with the water flow in the taps, but great toilets overall – clean & with well stocked toilet paper – but they are up a flight of stairs so not level-access. Will be returning again (and again). Very happy to have found a place that could become my version of ‘Cheers’
