0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Lounge is OK, food is OK, a small hot selection consisting of bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, toast, tea and coffee and continental selection, cheese etc.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I’ve stopped in lounges all over the world, and sadly this couldn’t even be classed as a lounge. It was dirty, cold and tired. The “food” as you can see was a bunch of processed meats, and frozen pugs in blankets and roast potato’s. The staff was rude, and the drinks a quarter filled. The staff admitted they had served food which wasn’t legally allowed to be served, as they were not up to temperature. I’ve contacted the lounge who have quite generously offered us a free visit. In all honesty if they offered to pay us to visit, we would kindly refuse. Serving dangerous food in a dirty environment? No thanks.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The lounge was not clean at all. Even at 4am the chairs had debris on them. The staff were however friendly and enthusiastic. The food options were average with some items such as the egg being lukewarm. The toaster was not in working order and one machine for hot drinks was out of order. The bar had a good selection of drinks. Overall it is your average lounge and has working plugs and overall comfortable against the rest of the terminal. It was not as bad as others have made out to be. Toilets are outside however in the main area and this lounge does not have dedicated toilets as such. You get good runway views from here. Dragon Pass was accepted with no issue. I would likely visit here again.

Rating:5 After reading past reviews about the lounge staff been rude and unhelpful, and the food choice been very limited and quality poor, I wasn’t expecting great things and very nearly didn’t bother going in. We asked at the reception desk what food they had on and if they can cater for dairy and gluten free – the lady was really helpful and confirmed they can make fresh food for my daughters allergies. The lounge was very clean, comfy, food selection was great and the fresh food they prepared my daughter was fantastic. It was a great way to start our holiday. I will go back again next time we are travelling.

The service was friendly and efficient and although there was a wait for food. When it arrived , it was really tasty..
My only criticism is the cakes were not replenished when the plate was empty.
Given recent reviews we didn’t know what to expect, but in all honesty we had a very pleasant experience in the lounge. Thank you

It didn’t say on the priority pass App this lounge had hot food buffet on offer, it was OK was the fry up and it didn’t cost any extra. It is a basic fry up but it filled a hole.
Food changes from am to pm so breakfast is early and then changes to lunch later on.
It looked clean enough on my visit and staff worked hard clearing tables. What more do you want at 5 am I ask as it was more than adequate and away from the main public area which was manic.
The chef chucked a sicky on this day I attended and the staff ladies got their oven gloves on, had to work out the appliances and fired up the kitchen ovens to keep the butties rolling out the kitchen, well done ladies you kept the ship going and that’s the staff you want working for your company

If anyone from the management team is reading these reviews there is such a difference between the ratings given, maybe you’ve got an issue with staff at certain times or days. We visited on the 7th of May at around lunch time and it was great, but I’ve visited at breakfast times before and had similar poor experiences to others at your lounge. An example was having to wait 30 mi...
