Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Absolutely traumatised. I had no words to speak once seeing how horrible and disgusting my eyebrows looked. I have been a customer at the benefit branch for nearly 5 years and this experience has scarred me. I visited my local benefit due to a lack of time however, Rosie did completely the opposite of what I asked. She cut off half of my eyebrows and left the tint on for 2 WHOLE minutes. Not only are my eyebrows, non existent but what’s left of them are pitch black making it look like I’m dressed up for Halloween. On top of this, she waxed them over & over again leaving my skin feeling burnt. I will never go back or give money to the Broadway branch and will stick to Leeds. If I could sue you I would you have ruined my month and confidence.

Rosie was the brow specialist and made a usual eyebrow appointment feel like a little spa treat. Her time and patience in explaining the skin care products was really insightful and gave me the confidence to purchase a skin care set suitable for my skin. Thank you Rosie, I have finally found my brow bar and I will be back!!

I’ve never got my eyebrows waxed before she made me feel comfortable and more confident in myself. Thank you Rosie!

What a beautiful lady inside and out unbelievably helpful/kind and had all the time in the world for me. Great advice and the best service really made my day if only all shops were like this, thank you again Jayne good luck in Halifax you would be a credit to anyone’s team nice to meet a real person with a great vibe on the makeup counter instead of the drones I would normally be greeted by Xx
