I’ve been coming to this clinic over a year now. Initially things were OK.After a few treatments I was always kept waiting for my appointments. At times they were cancelled. I don’t understand why over book if you can’t cater for your services.People have work and other commitments too.Once the place has your money (which you have to pay upfront) they treat you like crap. Every time you call the clinic it goes to voice mail and no one EVER ANSWERS the phone. You’re company is making money, sort your staff out. it’s running late! The staff are rude and don’t even give you eye contact when talking to you. Previous staff were lovely and can highly speak for Saima, Shaista and Lindsey who worked here for many years and have left recently which is disappointing as theh made my sessions enjoyable.Ive spent thousands here and would not recommend anyone to use this place.Staff turnover speaks for itself how the management treats staff never mind their custo...

Amazing enzyme peel and LED therapy my skin has never felt so good. Eleanor was absolutely brilliant and explained every single step as well as the aftercare so I knew everything that was happening. It was so relaxing can’t wait to come back again! I will be recommending this clinic to everyone! Amazing service!

I arrived early for a 9:55am appointment, they left me waiting for 20 minutes until one of them realised. I told three different girls what time it was at. When the girl finally took me in she seemed to be rushing my treatment. She put the goggles on me incorrectly and then proceeded to use the laser on a dangerously powerful level. She did this multiple times and then rushed me out of there. The result is that she has burned the area on my eyebrows in multiple places and has ruined my weekend. This better recover or I will consider legal action. I wasn’t even given the pre appointment forms to fill out it’s a disgrace.

I was apprehensive about my session as I didn’t see any familiar faces and I go for full body removal. However, I had Waheeda and she was really lovely. She was calm, professional and I felt that she was very thorough with me and wasn’t rushing. She was also very respectful and mindful throughout.
I have marked down a star for this clinic as for all of my sessions so far, the clinic has never been on time and are usually running 15-20 minutes late.

The people here were very nice. They explained in detail what would happen and how they would treat me. They made sure all my questions were answered. I am blind and autistic, so it was important that I was completely comfortable before the treatment. They also kept checking in with me during the treatment to make sure I was OK.I completely recommend them
