0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Had never ordered or even heard of Paul Milnes Cycles before but they had the somewhat obscure component I was looking for (a Shimano FD with an odd sized clamp on) and it was around 40% cheaper than anywhere else (and others were out of stock of it, in any case).

I ordered a chainset from Paul Milnes Cycles on Monday evening, I also sent an email asking a few questions about items to use with the product. I had received a response from the Paul Milnes Cycles before 8.00 am on Tuesday morning telling me that the order was being packed and answers to my email. Excellent service and support. They then added the items I was asking about to my order at now cost. Brilliant, support this bike shop

Most impressively though is that I ordered the item yesterday at around 4pm and just 22 hours later I have it in my hands… and delivery was free!
