Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I feel not quite ready to give my verdict on the mountain bike sold me by this shop. It was only last millennium, 1996 I think to be exact! Fair enough the guy’s adept at his profession, and he added mudguards on my request at a fair price fitted…still ‘tis but past a quarter-century and in Yorkshire folk like to PROPERLY have time to contemplate the true quality of their purchase before articulating on it. One doesn’t wish to run one’s mouth prematurely, no ‘jumping the gun’ here. May hold off full review till 2026…no regrets I ‘spose (sniff). Happy cycling everyone!

Delivered 2 really bad condition bikes that had been in the shed for yonks, one was missing the seat, both rusty, flat tires and I half expected him to laugh and show us the door but less than 2 working days later he’d fixed them both and my sons bike rides like a dream, he’s dead impressed . Fair price for condition they were both in so yes I’d recommend

I always have my bikes serviced here, just drop them off and get a call when they are ready. Chris who owns the shop is always very pleasant and helpful. It’s a well stocked shop and you can always get what you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. ♀️

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I’ve seen some negative reviews..why? What do some people expect from those who have far greater knowledge than themselves.. I’ve been a club cyclists for over 30 years and I’ve found Chris to be the most likely to give honest advice, is by far the best bike mechanic around and will always do work at the cheapest cost to the paying customers. Makes my blood boil reading comments of the uneducated buying bikes at Halfords and then chuntering.
