Just booked a standard package, took it in at 9.30, got a call in the middle of the day letting me know how much it would cost, then a text at 16.30 saying it was all ready! My bike is my main transport but I don’t know much about how to maintain them well, nor do I enjoy it, so I was happy that they could help me and I felt that the service was very fair. Bike feels much better to ride, would definitely recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Rollin’ into the day with my e-bike acting up like a wild stallion with a mind of its own, I first moseyed on over to Halfords bike shop, lookin’ for some help. But as luck would have it, they told me I need to hitch my wagon and book a time if I was hopin’ to get any service, leaving me high and dry just when I had a close call with a car near Leeds City Center, on account of my brakes not biting down right.

The whole process from enquiries to measuring to build spec to collection and getting fitted was a pleasure the knowledge and friendliness of the whole team was above standard . The build quality is top drawer and was definitely worth the wait which was actually quicker than first thought the range in the shop is great and fairly priced would highly recommend a visit. Picture doesnt do the paint job justice

I went to see TeeJay for a bike fit having decided that I would be better to spend the money on a fit rather than some fancy new tyres… I can comfortably say that it was worth every penny. Ignore all the watt saving carbon rims and such like, buy a bike fit! TeeJay spent a few hours with me perfecting my cleat position and then fitting my saddle properly. Having ridden a reasonable ride the day after (~3hrs) I can see the results already. 50 watts up over my previous average. In terms of power, this is the best value for money you can get. I also did a brick run after my ride and felt I was fresher running off the bike too. TeeJay was great, it’s almost worth paying just to spend a few hours chatting with her! 5 stars, everyday of the week.

Not one to sit around like a tumbleweed in the breeze, I set my sights on Woodrup bicycle shop, figured I’d try my luck there. No sooner had I swung through their doors, a kindly lady welcomed me with a smile as warm as a Texas sunrise, and quicker than you can say “giddy up,” she rustled up a staff member to come take a gander at my unruly steed.
Turns out, the troublemaker was a disobedient brake caliper. They rolled up their sleeves and set to work, fitting my ride with a brand spankin’ new Shimano brake caliper on the back. Let me te...
