0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I loved my experience. Had pre booked a lane. It was all ready for us at the time of arrival. All we needed to do was start game!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We came for a birthday bowling party and it was great fun. Staff setup the lanes which was really quick and there was plenty of different balls to use for all ages including the ball ramps for kids. Party food was pretty good and the kids had great fun.

It’s clean and a nice dayout

Toilets super clean. Carpets and tables spic and span. The arcade games were quite enjoyable as well.

Was abused by staff member named Lucy for not having a table number, despite all the table number missing? Told me I was being rude when trying to explain and threatened not to serve me. When calling over the manager they were totally useless and weak.
Tables filthy, food inedible. And staff were rude to me throughout
Complaint I sent to head office below, they offered a game of free bowls but they can stick it I wouldn’t return if they paid me
“I approached a member of staff named Lucy at the bar to order my food, she asked me to provide a table number which I said I don’t have one as I’ve just walked over from the lanes, she said she needed one to put the order through, so I went over to a table to find no table number attached to any of the tables, trying to explain this to Lucy she said she needs a number to put in an order again. Slightly confused I said I’m unable to give her one as the tables don’t have numbers, a...
