The drinks are amazing but staff are lazy even when one goes before closing time they deny it and say no had to speak to manager today who made them do it!!!!

I am a returning customer at this place. I have been coming here for a few months now to buy Ramen and their Bubble tea. On my last two visits I have been disappointed with the service I received when buying the bubble tea. The young lady that works at the bubble tea station has no customer service skills and doesn’t know how to serve or speak to a customer. She makes you feel uncomfortable and awkward. The bubble teas lacked flavour and she messed up our order. I asked for something else and was given another thing. I will never be going back. The only thing I like about this place are her lashes.

I always get my bubble tea from here personally better than other places. Only downside is they now put less flavour than they used to about a year ago. I also get my ramen from here

Got served by Sam Son and he was so lovely! Had a great chat and he made my day. Also makes the best bubble tea, defo recommend asking for him when u want to get bubble tea made

I come here every Tuesday; when they do the buy one get one free deal for the bubbleteas. I have pretty much tasted every flavour and there is definitely something for everyone here. Really good for people who are wanting to get into bubbletea.
