I recently purchased a car from Audi Bradford and I have to say, the experience was exceptional thanks to Darren. From the moment I walked in, Darren made me feel welcome and valued. He listened attentively to my needs and preferences, and went above and beyond to find the perfect car for me.
Darren’s knowledge about the vehicles was impressive. He patiently explained all the features and benefits of each model, helping me make an informed decision without any pressure. What stood out the most was his genuine honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision, which made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.
His professionalism and attention to detail were top-notch. He handled all the paperwork swiftly and efficiently, ensuring everything was in order – despite not having an appointment that day I managed to test drive the car as well.
This is in stark contrast to other Audi dealerships I visited in the same Sytner ...

Just purchased an Audi RS3 for my wife.
Great experience with excellent service.
Tony Trickett arranged everything superbly and the delivery driver did an excellent job with the delivery of the new vehicle and the collection of my wife’s car which was traded in.
Well done to all at Bradford Audi!!!

I have always had my car and my husbands car serviced at Audi in Leeds and it’s okay but I wanted to try another dealership as I just don’t feel satisfied with Leeds which is closer for me and my husband. I’ve had issues with my car which is never their issue but mine and there’s no getting around it – it’s just not their issue and a cost to me. That’s it – no resolve unless I pay to sort.
This time I wanted to see what it would be like at a different dealership and I made the right choice!
Just driving into the Bradford Audi I could feel it was a better calibre of branch. I was greeted by Katie Allen who was friendly with clear communication. She asked when I needed the car back by and delivered!
I was offered refreshment and not kept waiting at all. In and out!
I was kept informed all day at what point they were at:
She called me to let me know the car was ready and rectified an issue with the car without passing the blame to me as a goodwill gesture! Underst...

I had an outstanding experience buying my car from Bradford Audi. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.
Harpal Singh was so understanding, very knowledgeable, so patient and very professional. He always answered my calls and was available to me for my queries and questions. This is so important! If it wasn’t for Harpal, I may have gone elsewhere.
So well done to Bradford Audi, outstanding car together with outstanding service.

Just got my new car from Audi at Bradford and I couldn’t thank Darren Rees enough for going through everything with me when I didn’t have the slightest clue about cars! He took such good care of me and got the car ready to go within a couple of days! Thankyou so much!!!
