Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Just been to Hyaundai Bradford to buy a used car for my son. Sales executive William was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He dealt with all the queries very professionally. He made us welcome. I would recommend the dealership, the whole experience was fantastic.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My experience with Cars2 Bradford, particularly with the salesman Mark, was highly disappointing. Mark repeatedly confirmed over the phone that a Hyundai i10 I was interested in had paint protection included in the price, along with some car mats. While I usually disregard such dealer claims, I figured it was worth considering if it was free. When I visited the dealership the next day, both Mark and his colleague assured me that all showroom vehicles had paint protection to enhance their appearance.

Esme was a legend, stepped in when there was a diary mix up, kept things straight forward and easy and very friendly throughout. Given my past negative experiences with car dealerships, I insisted that all features of the car, including the paint protection, be noted on the order form. Mark resisted this request, claiming he would have to charge me for it if it were documented. This was contradictory and nonsensical. He then offered to provide a ‘GardX’ sticker for the windshield as supposed proof of the paint protection, suggesting that future buyers or dealers would accept the sticker as verification. ...
