0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Just bought a car from Carsa Bradford. Was a brilliant experience, very laid back and relaxed. No intimidating salesmen. Becky was fantastic and a real credit to the company. The two Toms were great and made the whole process really enjoyable. They all looked after me from start to finish and all went smoothly. I definitely recommend this company and their brilliant staff. Thank you!!

Rating:5 What fab way to buy a car, loving the process… a lovely warm welcome from the start.. right through to driving the car away.. super pleased with the car I bought.. part exchange was as good if not better than other garage.. did their best to accommodate me.. special thank you to Becky from Bradford & Hein who was so love genuinely impressed with Carsa, especially as I could drive away the same day

Good choice of cars. Not much for under 10k. Bit high on the price guide for me. However they are selling them as a finance package not cash sales.
Toilets are clean tho.

Definitely wouldn’t entertain visiting them again.
Receptionist was lovely so first part of the experience was good, unfortunately went rapidly downhill once the condescending sales person (on a Zoom meeting!) got involved. Overly salesy, really impersonal and really not a very pleasant experience.
Be really careful if considering finance, they quote 8.9% on website and AT website but when in the showroom quote 13.9%. Then hide behind the ‘it’s representative’ – a 5% uplift, equating to approx £1600 over 4 years – doesn’t seem very reasonable and feels like they are trying to trick potential customers. (And when I mentioned my own finance, a magic £500 admin fee appeared! For sending an invoice!!!)
Walked away empty handed after a 2 hr train journey, something just didn’t feel right, lack of transparency and in general not very customer focused, perhaps more training for their sales people needed.
