Rating:5 Great showroom, amazing vehicles and a super friendly team to help with anything. Jack has exceptional vehicle knowledge and helped us get the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing from Land Rover, we visited a few showrooms but others didn’t want to help find the vehicle we wanted but nothing was too much trouble here

Rating:5 Vertu Land Rover Bradford were great from start to finish. A special shout out to Holly, her attention to detail before handover to make sure everything was perfect and going above my expectations meant the experience was as if I had purchased a brand new car rather than used.

Rating:5 It is always interesting to read reviews and compare your experience to what has been reported before. We can’t speak highly enough of this dealership. Lovely bright friendly dealership with a great range of cars, new & approved.
Our sales executive was Jack, from first meeting us he was absolutely fantastic, he explained everything to us in a friendly and professional manner and kept in touch with us through the whole process up to collection and follow up calls to see how we were doing with our new car.
Overall a great experience, thank you Jack we love our new car.

I booked my car into the workshop for the timing chains to be replaced due to the telltale rattle. At the time of booking I was not told about the lengthy delays in getting parts, my car was sat for 3 weeks before any parts were delivered. Communication was very poor with no updates given at all, I had to continue to chase updates on the car.
However, after about a month I was told my car was now ready to collect after having its timing chains replaced. The test drive after the new timing chains showed that I needed a new oil pump, so I agreed this and had the work completed, which delayed collection of my car, but I wanted all the work doing.
I was happy to get my car back. HOWEVER not even 24 hours later the engine cuts out and dies, it was very hot, I had travelled less than a mile, so it should not be that hot. Once started the engine was very noisy, banging and ratting. I had to get the car recovered back to the workshop...

The car had some minor cosmetic flaws which were all addressed before collection which showed the high standards of their used cars.
No question was too big to answer and there were many! Thank you for making me feel valued and not a burden.
I would highly recommend Land Rover Bradford to friends and family. I will no doubt be back with my dad soon and I am sure I’ll be back for myself in a few years. Thank you again!

We dealt with Jack who got everything right, communication, responsiveness, understanding what mattered to the customer, patience and more but all of those things you expect when buying something expensive so it’s the person behind all that which matters. Jack was patient, he was humble, he was sincere and engaged. He made the experience feel personal and not corporate or transactional.
