Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Absolutely disgusting customer service I have received from a company as well known as themselves! I booked a vehicle on a Monday with everything getting done after speaking over the phone to one the employees where I get told I can pick the vehicle up literally a hour later from when i called them in the morning, after the call was disconnected I get a following call after 20minutes by one of the staff who was apparently more experienced who then told me that I could not pick up the vehicle that day because of the high risk in Bradford so I’d have to use a credit card which I dont have! I believe that was a misleading information clearly the staff need more training or regular training, so booking got pushed to following day and on the day I get told they don’t have any vehicle and the one they do have needs a tyre changing which apparently takes 7hours because they have to go through a process. I even went to the branch to make sure it gets sorted I was very assured that it will be...

Rating:1 Was due a 3 series from enterprise, couldn’t get me one for days then said they’d put me in a mini for a couple of days and would exchange it and that never happened. Was stuck in this small car and u have knee problems furthermore have been trying to call them for a week and no one ever seems to answer the bloody phone !!!

I booked an automatic 7 seater vehicle over a week ago only for them to call me the night before leaving a voicemail to check if i have a credit card.
They called me literally just before closing time, so when i rang back a few min later, their lines were closed. (How convenient)
Luckily i did have a credit card this time otherwise they would have cancelled my booking like they did once before so theres me thinking im prepared. (Boy was i wrong)
Why can’t they check if you have a credit card on the first point of contact???
Anyways, heres the best part, on the actual day of pick up, i finally managed to get through only for them to say they can’t actually get a hold of the vehicle i requested.
You had over a week !!!
They gave me every excuse you could imagine and advised me to wait throughout the day whilst they check with other branches for a similar alternative and took my driving licence details ...

Paid the £200 plus on my debit card and then about an hour later received a text message asking me to check in …. I clicked on link and then when I got to the end they requested my credit card number.
I do not have a credit card so could not go any further.
Rang them up and was advised to ring back and press another option as they couldn’t deal with my problem.
Eventually got through to the correct option and the operator was unsure why they needed my credit card.
Operator put me on hold and came back saying it’s because I am picking car up the same day as the booking.
Told them to cancel and refund my money as no mention of credit card requirement and they were quite happy to take my money from a debit card.
Pretty annoying system which could be easily sorted by telling people they need a credit card.
I now have to wait 7 days for my money back an...

The staff are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
As for the cars themselves, I always get something new enough to make the neighbours ask “Hey have you got a new car?!”.
I’ve never had any reliability issues and the cars are, mostly, well presented, see attached pictures.
There has been the odd occasion where some of the valeting hasn’t been done to the highest standard and the Hyundai i800 (see attached picture) had a broken stereo unit (to be fair I was told about this before I took the car and I had to take it as I needed an 8 seater).
However when the valeting issues were pointed out at drop off time the staff were genuinely very apologetic and said that they would pass on the feedback.
All in all though I would recommend this place to hire from, keep up the good work.
