Rating:5 We had our car written off by a stolen vehicle to our despair, and to make matters worse our Insurance company were really unhelpful, but along came these guys from Enterprise down the road from me, they called me up and offered me a beautiful Kia straightaway with excellent customer service,

Lovely car, well prepared and a great Team at the location, especially Omar and the young lady who organised the paperwork upon our return. Thank you all very much. You’re the best!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Nice friendly service on arrival. Picked up car, got a Nissan X-trail. We checked the car together for any damage, none found, as shown by photos taken. Was given a quick pointer of the interior buttons and then payment in the car and I was off!

Cheerful and pleasant service with a smile.
The only drawback which i would mention is minor, is the state of this lovely brand new car on receiving it was not good, we had to clean it as the windows were streaky inside and out and mud inside,
We gave it a full clean.
The car was perfect in everyway.
The service 5/5
I would highly recommend this company to anyone intent on hiring or leasing a vehicle.

A slight issue with with the cleanliness of the windscreen though which I sorted out myself as it’s a safety issue. My complaint was responded to on the same day by the area manager. He explained that their current priority is to sanitise the vehicles but accepted that the valeting was not up to the usual high standard and apologised for the experience. Apology accepted and the matter is now closed.
The car itself, a Hyundai Tucson 1.6 petrol (non turbo) with a manual gearbox, was more than adequate for carrying us and all our gear for the 700+ miles that we covered. Pictures are attached.
Not the quickest car in the world but very spacious with a comfortable ride, and it sat happily at 70 mph in sixth gear with the cruise control on.
Even though it has Android Auto and apple car play, I didnt need to use it as the built-in sat nav worked fine.
