Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Cancelled my booking 2 hours before it was due to begin claiming that it was a policy I needed a credit card. It never said that anywhere on the booking or terms and I have called two other enterprises in Leeds and Yeadon and they have never heard of that policy and they have supplied me with a van.

Rating:1 I was referred to them for a hire car by my insurance, but they claimed not to have any auto cars as they sold them all , although they do have many available to hire on their website. I was told they’d get in contact when they had some come in….I never heard back from them.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 It seems branches change manager’s quite often and whilst the current manager is good I think being called “my friend” to appease a customer isn’t great. It also seems like enterprise has taken a hit on the size of its fleet as it took 3 days to get a courtesy car from them following my request from my insurance company being sent across.

Had a phonecall at 9am Saturday to say they had no vans available. Didn’t offer to get a van sent to location, nothing. Rang around myself amd couldn’t get anywhere with anyone. Went into the branch at 11, 11.30am as I tried ringing multiple times to no response.
A customer shouldn’t have to go chasing around for something already paid for.
To be fair, the fella working there was by himself so didnt have time, but thats not my problem.
After waitibg another 20 mins, got told no vans anywhere, possibly Huddersfield, maybe? Just asked for a refund as it was a complete lack of customer care and waste of my time.
Have used before, but this has soured any future business.
If they don’t have the vehicle at location, don’t charge for it.

The manager was very accomodating and at my request changed the vehicle he had booked for me if I didn’t mind waiting for it to be valeted which they pulled off in half the time that they advised me I would be waiting.
