As I started browsing around a very attractive device caught my eye, I started looking at it very closely and thought this is what I want, it was a galaxy Z fold5 Samsung. I fell in love with it and was eager to buy it. I went back a week later with the full intention to purchase it on contract. I was served by a male at first and then was referred to a female, Sirah. Both were very polite,kind and helpful. Sirah gave me an excellent customer service. Sirah liased with me and my time in a very effective manner. The help and knowledge delivered by Sirah was immaculate. I did not feel even once that I was rushed through the service. All my questions were answered very thoroughly. As I was running out of time on sorting out the device i requested if I could come back the next day , that seemed to be OK with Sirah. We continued with setting my phone up. 0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Shop is ok, but am not recommending o2 at all… Am in o2 17 years but now thinking about leaving this network, they don’t suport long time users, everything is too expensive in there store… I don’t like it.
