Don’t order from here. They’ll give you the wrong order, admit the chef cooked the wrong dish and then proceed to do nothing about it. Not worth it.

rice has a funky smell and texture, squid black bean sauce was rock hard, king prawn chow mein was just a regular prawn and overcooked so does all the noodles

Disgusting customer service! Lazy delivery saying they have attempted delivery! I’m heavily pregnant stood waiting in the cold at my door and they said they’d delivered! Got rude to me on the phone too, don’t get rude to someone you don’t know

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE!!!! Me and my colleagues ordered food from this place and they sent us the wrong item! I called them and informed them that the person who ordered a chicken dish received a mixture of beef, prawns and chicken dish is ALLERGIC to prawns. We reported it on Just Eat and called the restaurant. They said they will send us the correct order later. We called back an hour ago as we work in a busy ward in the hospital, we have set breaks and now this nurse was unable to have her dinner. They said the replacement will be delivered in 10-15 mins at around 00:15. An hour later we started to call again and there were no answer until their closing time. The next day we still tried to get in contact and again no body picked the phone.
Very very unprofessional and the food quality was not the best either

We’ve ordered here a few times when there is nowhere else open and it always takes very, very long. This time was our last because the food had leaked in the bag. The driver was very rude and said it wasn’t his fault then it spilled on the ground. We called for a refund but they said they don’t give refunds. Luckily it was ordered through deliveroo so we were able to get it sorted and they re ordered it for us, but they cancelled it 30 mins later and we never got the replacement.
