Absolutely pathetic service! Called over 20 mins before we got there to collect and they hadn’t even begun to make it and told us it would take 15 mins. What is the point of calling to order when you can’t be bothered to do your job!
EDIT REPLY: Don’t take orders if you don’t want to make them on time. Just as things can happen in a kitchen (such as your staff not being bothered to do their job) things happen in people’s lives too which means people don’t always have the time to hang about waiting on other people, hence the reason they pre-order; evidently nor you or your staff seem to understand the concept of pre-ordering.

Was told 45 mins for delivery and it arrives 1 hour 20 mins later….specifically wrote in the comments not to add any sauce on my food and guess what…sauce all over. Told them to call me if the instructions couldn’t be met and they still didn’t…Fortune Cookies is closed due to refurbishment and I thought I’d use Rawal as an alternative but NEVER AGAIN!

Very nice staff. Had the house special soup for the starters which was served in a disposable cup with a plastic spoon and no condiments. The soup was warm and good. For mains I ordered the box that came with the noodles, beef (a bit thick slices and was chewy), diced chicken and prawns, tasted good.

This one of them places you don’t review just to provide feedback on how to improve but more so to remind yourself how thrack the food was incase you accidently come across ordering from here again. Having been a regular orderer at their bakerend site before they got 1star food hygiene rating thought would try from here much newer improved branch, ordered salt n pepper wings regular size for collection. Arrived after calling to order on the phone was told would be ready in 15mins but hour later food was still being prepped, was the only customer there, was charged for large even though ordered a regular portion, clarified my order over the phone before attending and in person on arrival but wait they are prone to making mistakes so expect you to clarify a millionth time by calling them when you finally get home after driving across bradford stuck in traffic starving like we have all the time in the world, the food was so bad you can see from the pic of the apparent LARGE portion,...

We just went there to taste chicken corn soup. This restaurant is not like our desi (spicy) style Chinese, it is spiced near to real Chinese cuisine. However, on our demand they presented spicy sauces.
