Love H&M basics but some of the pieces which i found elsewhere were not available at this particular location, the options were less to choose from.

Not really happy with the last jumper I got from there. Got warn out just immediately.

Very little choice for a 4 year old girl pretty poor really sizes are way off managed to find some jeans supposedly 4-5 year old no we’re near and she’s a small 4year old

Awful experience no matter when you go. The staff is so incompetent they rather establish a self service system. Today I needed an article that showed available in the store but couldn’t find it, when asking a member of staff he had no idea what customer service us and where to look for the product. I’ve informed him of the availability online and asked him if he can check k the stock. He left and I’ve haven’t seen him in the following 30min I’ve waited and asked another member of the staff about it. She was more helpful amd advised me to rather order the article online and receive it it store.

Less staff, making difficult for assistance but in all good quality cloths compared to other brands
