    Clearly majority don’t know the phrase “service with a smile” and when you ask for a shoe in a certain size you get snarled at by employees, like you are causing them inconvenience.

    If I give it zero stars that will be better. I ordered online jd 17 days ago Once I order it says it’s on the way. After that, they say no update from the JD Store if they received it or not. then today I went into their store and wanted to know about what happened with the parcel they told me it was with them then they showed me the parcel. Then they say I have to wait sometime for the parcel. After 1 hours later they say oh you can’t take it because its 14 days passed collection rule. Ok but my question is if it passed then why i didn’t notified that it arrived at store then collect it within 14 days. The jd app it shows that its on the way. Then thay say i will get refund within 3 to 6 days. My question is what tha management doing whose fault is that after receiving order inthere store not notified the customers to collect it. I hope jd store manager replayed my review.

    This is the worse service I’ve received from any JD stores especially here in Bradford, Broadway. One staff member Named ‘Archie’ initially took a shoe off me to get a size, after waiting for over 20 minutes I decided to approach the manager standing at the entrance of the store who then decided to call another individual under the name of Harris. He was then told to get me the size but instead of sorting my request he walked off and totally ignored me. At this moment I came to the realisation that Archie walked out of the store instead of having to resolve customers questions and concerns.

    After a further 15 mins my pair of trainers that I requested over 30 mins Asid not arrive to which Harris told me that I have put them behind the till without asking me.

    He argues with me about how he was right about assuming I wanted them behind the till, he said that ‘I’m at work now and if I wasn’t working I would have showed you’ which is a clear threat to myself.

    A staff member called Rachael went above & beyond today! I wanted 2 of an item but there was only 1 on the shelf. She went & got me another, upon her return I’d seen another item I wanted in a different size. I would’ve considered myself as awkward at this point but nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful & outstanding friendly manner of customer service. The same couldn’t be said for the 3 checkout assistants where we recieved a very dull experience, so the 5 stars are solely for Rachael.
