Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I would give zero stars if I could, both the manager (Natalie) and the senior manager are clueless, rude, and have zero experience in dealing with customers, they need to be re-trained. I was sold an item without tags and the item was heavily used with marks on the item. When I explained the situation they advised we don’t accept items without tags and in used condition, but they had sold me the item like that. I told them to check their cameras but the manager refused and lied that the cameras did not cover the tills, instead of investigating the issue the senior manager just supported his staff. Luckily there was another manager on the seen who had heard this and actually went and checked the camera’s. It was later found that the cameras did actually cover the tills, and it showed that the item was sold to us without the tag and in that condition. They have now refunded the money since they had no choice and it was their error. But the way they behaved was disgusting an...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 This must be the worst JD store with ill trained staff. Went in to buy a pair of trainers and some trainer socks. At the till the Nike trainer socks were coming up at £17 when clearly the price on the socks was £10. I questioned the staff member at the till and she stated oh we forgot to put the correct price label on. She then went to to product on the shelf and stated that all others have the £17 price sticker. I still questioned her that it’s not the customers fault and that this means that JD have stuck a £17 price sticker over a £10. !!!! The manager also stuck by her staff stating that she will not honour it.

At the end i decided to not go ahead with my purchase. I will be contacting the CEO of JD sports to make him aware.
I advise everyone to don’t bother shopping at this Forster Square branch. Also check JD prices especially items which have a price sticker stuck on you never know what you might see under it.!!
