Customers have zero respect for the staff & store.they are impatient and cannot respect the fact how busy the store is during sales. I have experienced staff being verbally abused. Rating:1 Very rude girls working in this branch don’t even deal nicely with customers.I purchased a suit from here and somehow misplaced the receipts which I’m 100% sure she didn’t put in my bag went back next day bec shirt was a bit small size so wanted to exchange. She wasn’t even bothered to listen to me or help me out to exchange the shirt with out the receipt which I’m 100% sure she didnt put in side the bag I wasn’t expecting that from our own pk brand shop to deal like this with their customers.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I went to the Bradford khaadi store yesterday and honestly the staff need more appreciation for the hard work they do. Some customers really do make their jobs difficult but they do their best to give good customer service. The staff were working fast and picking all the clothes from the floor which were dumped and thrown onto the floor by customers. The staff were helpful and polite. I was in a rush and needed help to choose an outfit for a birthday party. The store assistant who helped me choose the outfit was helpful and friendly. Quality of clothes is good. Definitely recommend 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I came into the store today and found the sales assistant Asma who was serving me very rude. The tone of voice used was disgusting. I had to call for the manager Ayesha who was just as arrogant. There is a way of talking to your customers. If it carries on like that I don’t think I will shop there again. The store owner really needs to look at who they are hiring.

English brands and stores are 1000 % better then these pk brands shop in uk.
Atlest they give you 14 days to return and refund the item you want to return for some reason with or with out your so called receipt.
Ridiculous customer service Ridiculous exchanges rules.

Shop is very colorful and beautiful as all Pakistani. They got recent collection of stitched clothes.
They got many staff members to help you select.
