Their website is easy to use for orders, I ordered uniform last minute at midnight and they called me before the shop opened the next day to tell me my order was ready to collect. Service was really helpful and gave me great advice.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Was a good visit last two times I’ve been. Staff were lovely really helpful and kind. There have been occasions in the past where some staff were rude and looked down on some of their customers. We can’t go to any other shop for embroidered uniforms. No competition for this retailer. They also can’t instantly sack terrible staff it can take months or years to get rid of them. Luckily, that seems to have been done now. Much improved thanks for the friendly service

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I have always come here for my children’s uniform, make me feel so welcomed and are truly honest staff members. From the minute you walk in you have staff asking if you need help, would never go anywhere else have been coming here for years and hopefully will continue to do so with my other little ones. Keep up the great work! No matter how stressful it gets your expectations are met, the best customer service you could ask for, been elsewhere and needs are not met but hands down this place is excellent at what they do!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Usually come here for the annual uniform shop. Friendly staff. Had to ring up regarding the zip on coat being broken but it was out of the return period, however lady on the phone helpful and very polite. Happy with how the phone-call was handled considering nothing could be done with the coat.

Staff are rude. Abrupt and bagged up my item and threw near the till with a attitude I only came here because my usual shop didn’t have what I needed in stock but I think I would rather order and wait than shop here again.
Instead of having your staff congregating to one side making customers feel uncomfortable have them walk the floor asking if people need help. Poor customer care.
Must have an issue with white people coming here.
