0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Staff on the tills lied to my daughter and her friend about their return or exchanges policy. Said they accept no returns or exchanges even if it doesn’t fit ( no changing room to try on clothing as sizes vary), in case of faults, no 14 day returns should you change your mind. Despite receipt, online and consume rights, laws saying very different. Not good to lie or mislead customers just because they are young don’t know their rights yet.

Rating:5 It was lovely when I was greeted by a fellow staff member, Hannah who had a smile on her face and was very polite and help me find the right size and colour for my Mums fave dress.. the whole experience was overall superb. Good products + Amazing Staff = “I’ll go there again”
