Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 Poor customer service. Staff walking around, assigned to the particular sections, unable to help. Long queues, slow service, however good bargain on some items.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Was able to buy what was required but the customer service was appalling. Whilst being served at the till, the staff were more bothered about their personal life and discussing this between each other than engaging with not just myself at the till but several others. Very poor.

Rating:1 Their return policy is a joke, if you try to return something in pristine condition they say they can only give a credit note and not a refund so either way they benefit from it. It’s really unreasonable to just offer a credit note and not a refund when you decide you don’t want the item anymore, not going to be shopping at sports direct ever again as they don’t really have their customers best interests in mind and only care about themselves, greedy people!

Rating:3 I’m not a fan of “retail park” shopping because they’re usually too busy, and the carpark exits are so poorly designed it takes forever to actually leave, but having said that the Bradford Forster Square Sports Direct staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were good for my pocket

Rating:1 I tried to return a pair of shoes for an exchange, the staff were unhelpful at best, they told me i cannot return a worn pair of shoes even though they were tried on in the shop and at most worn for 5 minutes at home as they dug into my big toes and cracked the nail to which the staff member laughed at my misfortune. Terrible customer service.
