I did not have a good experience with the Leeds team therefore decided to try the Bradford team. I wouldn’t say they are much worse but they aren’t any better. The consultant I was assigned to (Parveen) on the first meeting, was probing further and further into why I wanted to work in the sector I had chosen to pursue (this was after explaining my reasons). Which is fine, however it was the manner in which she did it (in my view obnoxious). After meeting with her, she gave me the information on the role I was interested in. Meanwhile I already had a temp job offer lined up for the following Monday, which I made her aware of… she said not to confirm anything with the other agency and await her call …. she called me a few hours later with NO INFORMATION ON THE ROLE I WAS INTERESTED IN (didn’t tell me if they wanted to hire me or not) and instead asked me if i was interested in this other company as a temp.
