I personally haven’t had an experience with them never tried them thank God, the reason your getting 1 star is most people are upset with your service, you need to improve your service and thats the bottom line.

Delivered my parcel to the wrong place. Spent an hour trying to track it down.

Terrible, paid a lot of money for next day delivery and parcels are still awaiting pickup 2 days later. Helpline charges you and messes you around until you give up. Avoid this supposed service. RUBBISH

Useless. Why bother to give a time or offer to deliver to a safe place if a) you are routinely hours late, and b) are to lazy to PUT the parcel in the safe place?
