My parcel was collected on the 12th of February this year . Still not delivered . I have had no problems with the other two shipments I sent . The concern is now they are not picking up as number not working . The mobile they are not answering .

They haven’t delivered, waiting for months, collected in January. Just checked company house register and they closed the business in November 2023. Now the phones numbers cut off. No answer to emails.

I’ve sent my parcel in November last year in 2023. Not got a clue what has happened to our parcel. Now the number is not longer in use either. So stressed out as we had a lot of valuables.

Parcel has not delivered, it has been 8 months, not receiving call and no replying, I call them daily, Plz don’t send any parcels from this service, they are fraud

It’s 5th month after sending 2 parcels. Now no one is picking phone. For God sake, never use this service. I didn’t check reviews before sending. Today I checked reviews on Google and was shocked to see. It seems this company has run away and no clue where parcels are . The worst service especially, when no one is picking phone.
