Rating:3 Sadly the appointment was 50 minutes late and reception staff spent most of the time whispering to each other about patients which was inappropriate and not very professional. The dental nurse and surgeon however, were very professional and had great communication and clinical skills. It’s a shame good clinical practice is let down by staff on the front desk.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 From walking in to walking out, all the staff were amazing. Kind, considerate and caring. Both the Dentist and the Nurse understood my fear and made what is a trial for me much easier. Thank you all. If anyone is referred here, there is NO need to panic.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I am giving you 5 stars because as much as I was nervous the way they treated me I appreciated it. The staff at the reception were really polite & friendly. They listened to me explaining about the problem I had & reassured me everything will be ok.

I am not happy though that I was given a receipt for my payment, which I pass on to Sovereign Health for reimbursement. But the receipt had my wife’s full name on and my Daughter full name on with thrit next appointments dates. Also my step daughter full name with her next appointment date, who is grown up now with her own family and does not live at my house.
It must be in breach of GDPR and confidentiality. This is not good data practice and need urgent attention on your systems. I did raise it with my dentist and the reception who shredded it and printed out another recept for me.
