Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I waited 50 minutes for a check up appointment. 30 minutes into my wait, and no update, I kindly asked reception if they knew why there was a delay. There were lovely and asked the dentist for me, who said it would be another 5 minutes as they were dealing with a patient. 15 minutes later, my name was finally called.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Has always been a very friendly practice. I’m nearly at the end of a teeth straightening programme and it’s been a great process. Brad has explained everything thoroughly and I’m really pleased with the results so far. Highly recommended.

Both Brad and Caitlin maintained preoessionalism throughout the proceedure, explaining everything which really helped me. I felt totally at ease from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone especially if they have fear of the dentists.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 All the staff are friendly, helpful and explains what you are having done and how they will do the procedure. Was seen by Shelby today for digital images, she is such a nice person,has a laugh while maintaining a professional manner.

I understand the delay and that sometimes a patient needs treatment that takes longer than planned. But expecting another patient to wait for nearly an hour for a routine checkup is frustrating. I would have been happy to reschedule and if there wasn’t a risk of being dropped as a patient.
After my appointment, I was told I needed a filling which I didn’t have time for (since I was now an hour behind schedule). I was told, by the dentist, the treatment plan would be open for three months. But two weeks later, reception called and I have to book by the end of the month otherwise it will be cancelled and I will have to pay to be seen again.
