We had fairly good service but since the pandemic, the service here has gone downhill massively. I am blind and the company have removed me from the NHS side of it because I didn’t go throughout the pandemic and for a couple of years afterwards when I ask them why, they had struck me off they said because we sent you many letters asking you to come for a checkup. I explained I’ve not received the letters and asked if they would be in braille when they did arrive to this. I was advised no they would be in print. I have since moved to a wonderful Dentist called 57 Dental in cleckheaton the service is fantastic there be aware unfortunately the management here at this Dentist don’t really have a good customer service because it took me ages to get invoices from them and also a response to my complaint for being struck off. They have always been professional, courteous and highly competent. The practice itself is efficiently run and the staff very helpful.

Rating:1 worst ever, customer service 0 specially by zoie, i booked an appointment with them just open mouth and said come tomorrow to remove tooth, next day in the morning tooth removed any problem go to hospital, £160 paid and plan was given fro filling on top to pay when i asked them to change doctor said, you cant the plan will not be followed by another doctor you have to book new appointment pay for it take a new plan, so within the same organisation their Doctors don’t agree to each other care plan how you expect them to do the best for you.

My cousin has been through hell and back because of this dentist.
Dr Haider couldn’t do a simple root canal treatment and advised a child’s mother to pay privately because he was not able to do it.
Few weeks same patient had a problem with a different tooth they left it untreated her mother had to call 111 emergency services several times because their lack of professionalism.
Tooth got infected they prescribed antibiotics 3 different times. Which I’m sure they are not allowed to.
Whole mouth got swollen the size of big apple and was told by A&E could be life threatening.
These guys did not care one bit got referred to the real professionals they removed the tooth and were shocked that mydentist could not carry out this procedure.
After they realised they messed up only then my cousin started getting calls to see if my cousin’s daughter was okay, they called 3 days straight but too late for the fake sympathy....

Zoie so called ring and said you have to take the plan or we will remove you from the list as a private patient pathetic, she gave me a week notice to do filling or my care plan will be removed from system blackmailers
