0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Been calling all day to either but cut off after 10 to15 min of listening to the automated message or no answer at all and I have to get back to work… They claim to be about quality dental service, yet can’t manage to answer a customer call!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Brilliant service! As some reviews have already established it does take a little while to get through to them, but once you do , you can’t fault them! My son, lost his elastics while on holidays, and was fretting about the treatment being prolonged, I called them asking for replacement to be sent and had no issues. Very efficient team, from reception to the orthodontists. Thank you!

Rating:5 This is a very nice place the inside is very clean and decorated and staff is very nice I read other reviews and people say it’s hard to get a hold of them and they don’t pick up calls it is not true they pick up right away most of the time.I am with them for my braces and so far my teeth look way better then before I would recommend them. ♥️

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I had an appointment today, I was coming from a different city and was waiting in traffic so I had called to let them know. A lady had answered after half an hour of waiting. I explained that I had waited and that we were going to be 10mins and her response was “I don’t just take calls, I have other things to do if your late you will not be seen” I can understand the not seeing me if I was late if that is the policy. However, i had waited for so long waiting for an answer to try let them know to possibly sort something out and I was greeted with rudeness. I have had my braces for over a year with no change/ tightening and took this surgery nearly 4 months to even arrange and appointment for me, and nearly everytime it’s taken me 30-45 mins to get through to talk to someone who is rude
