Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Bought an item with missing parts. The manager of the store wasn’t helpfull or even kindly tried to solve the problem. MANAGER literally just turned his back on this case. Unproffessional. Couldn’t return the item which were clearly wasn’t use due to missing MAIN part of it. Very rude customer service. Never had an issue with items before and now been treated like thief. I wish you can improve managment over there.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 My daughter had to purchase a buggy for my great granddaughter today , and we needed to use straight away, however, one of the wheels proved tricky to attach. I asked one of the staff if he could help, sauntered over, arms folded, looked at us struggling and did absolutely nothing . Customer service skills was appalling.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Bought a vacuum cleaner today and returned it two hours later as it wasn’t fit for use as didn’t pick up on carpets. Staff at first refused me a refund as they said it was for use on hard flooring only. After several minutes of arguing the agreed to refund only “as a goodwill gesture” despite many statements from Argos on the items Q&A section stating that the vacuum was suitable for carpets and the item itself stating suitable for most types of flooring. If I hadn’t been someone prepared to stand there and argue that the information was incorrect/misleading, a less confident person would have been left with an item that wasn’t fit for use. Very poor attitude to customer service. I was going to purchase an alternative there and then but the staff’s attitude put me off so I decided I would shop elsewhere.

I was served by Lee (manager) who not only solved the problem but didn’t need to ask any more questions after I told him what happened.
Item arrived within minutes and I was out
