I recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 9 from Argos in Foster Square for my brother’s birthday. However, when he eagerly opened the box, it was shockingly empty – no watch, no band, nothing. This was beyond frustrating and utterly unacceptable. The lack of quality control or even basic inventory checks is appalling.
Not only did this ruin what should have been a special occasion, but it also wasted my time and money. The frustration of dealing with customer service to resolve this issue only added insult to injury.
I urge others to double-check their purchases from Argos Foster Square and to beware of the possibility of receiving incomplete products. This experience has left a bitter taste, and I will seriously reconsider shopping at Argos in the future.
