Really rude cashier. Returned a tee-shirt I bought on Sunday from TK Maxx Leeds (the cashier there took off the price tag because it was going to be a gift). The cashier at Birstall treated me like I had stolen it!!! I had the receipt and the card I bought it with. All she had to do was ring someone up for a price. Miserable and rude woman. Get some customer service training. Seriously underwhelmed.

Great range of goods at reasonable prices. It’s a bit of a lucky dip as to whether they have anything you want but when they do it’s usually great value

Just like in other branches, there’s always something intriguing waiting to be found. This time, I stumbled upon George Orwell’s “Animal Farm” with a fresh new cover design, and guess what? It’s only 3 quid! Plus, the staff are always so warm and friendly.

The shop has good fresh stock all the time .. the homeware department is not as big but still really nice gems to be found at times .. limited number of poeple allowed in the store, face covering/masks are mandatory .. and hand gels provided at the entrance..

Good quality home decorate items. Prices are average. Artificial flowers home bedding items kitchenware and so. I recommend you should visit this store
