It closes at 530 the staffs excuse was, we’re only volunteers.
I had a bag full of clothing and there was a sign on the door saying urgent stock appeal… so I made it clear they’re not meant to close until.530 and they came to the door and took the clothes. But wouldnt let me buy a stuffed teddy which I could easily see from the door. Worst customer service experience.
Poor staff. Poor do to say the7re raising money for cancer. I drove from bd13 to bd1 to make it in time as I have family close suffering. I wish I’d of waited for another store to be open as I am appalled I’ve given them.over 300 pounds worth of my clothing (granted it doesnt fit or I dont wear it).
