The reception staff (1 Asian male and 2 Asian females) are an absolute disgrace to any customer serving profession.

I arrived promptly, the “receptionist” did not approach the desk, she decided it was best practice to ask for my details from afar into her back office. She asked me to take a seat.

GP called me in promptly. Cannot fault the doctor was professional, attentive, showed an interest in my condition and made the prescription available to me from the onsite.

As I was about to put forward my prescription certificate as I pay for my medication I realised one of the two items was missing.

I went back to the reception of the hillside health centre and yet again this female was not willing to shift from her swivelling chair and speak from the reception.

At this point I asked her to come to the desk as it was unacceptable for me to have to make everyone aware of what I wanted to discuss.
She rolled her eyes and eyeballed her male colleague as though it was an inconvenience to he...

This Dr surgery is probably one of the best in BD3. The manager Shahid is a lovely manager who makes that effort to go above and beyond when it comes to patient care. The team he leads is a fantastic team who he sets a brilliant example to as the administrator/receptionist also try there very best. I must say Harris is fantastic and he most definitely is an assist to this dr’s surgery and any other surgery.
    Thank you guys

IV been trying to get someone to simply either write a short letter to my pension provider to explain that I was suffering from a long time illness and will more than likely not be returning to employment before the age of 55 so they can pay my lump sum a few years early i started around three to four years ago and after quite a few appointments and many phone calls I still haven’t got anything accomplished,, so now I’m suffering from COPD and actually fit one of five instant early payment criteria like cancer,,M,S, Parkinson’s and some others,, and now I don’t need a letter from one of the doctors i have a form which simply needs a signature of a doctor,,a yes to my illness COPD and the surgery rubber stamp,,, but I assume that the NHS cutbacks are so bad that they are employing the type of people who are either illiterate/ dislexic with learning difficulties as simply wrighting no more than ten words and two of them are the doctor’s name!! Or,,, and I tr...

I’m not a regular here so I can’t speak on the GP experience however my brief time here was pleasant. I have luckily had no bad experience. The receptionist helpfully guided us to the correct building (Hillside Bridge Medical Center, downstairs). It was fairly quiet, clean, tidy, easy to understand signage except for the location of the major building attached to it, Hillside! It’s not possible to immediately understand or locate as a visitor and I think it should be.

We called the surgery for my son appointment about 15 minutes before it closes. He wasn’t feeling well for the last few days.Any how I was put on hold by the lady staff then we were told that could you please make your way to the surgery as Doctor said he will be waiting for you, even though it was almost closing time.We got into the hospital and seen by the doctor immediately.

We really appreciate for this kindness from the staff and the doctor who all waited for us.
