The office staff are polite and went the extra mile to help me with my enquiry,
The guys who came to my property that did the work in my house are polite friendly & also wrnt the extra mile stayed until the work was done .
Keep up the good work guys

Rude man, disgusting behaviour in the workplace. I’m not sure how many people work for this business but the one I worked with was awful if I could leave a zero or less I would. Horrible!

If you would like to take time off from work to make sure you are available for a booked appointment only for them not to show up or provide a courtesy phonecall then this is the company for you. Will never attempt again to use this company nor will I recommend them to anyone who doesn’t have time to waste. Very disappointing. I’d suggest using anyone but these clearly they have enough customers.

Helpful over the phone. Asked to send email with photos of intended job which I did. No response to emails and no response to follow up call. I understand if you have other work lined up, but please be open and say you are not interested in the work instead of wasting everyone’s time.
