Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I had no problems with this consulate. The rule is act civilised and be patient and you will get dealt with in the same manner. If you show attitude to members of the staff they are still human beings then you probably won’t get anywhere. I have been down to this consulate three times now, and every single time I’ve been down the staff have been absolutely fine with me, especially the woman who helps you in the main lobby area She is fantastic and without her I don’t know what I would’ve done. She is amazing and very helpful. It’s sad to say but a lot of the customers in that place do not have any respect for anybody. How do you expect staff to react if customers with third world mentalities are talking to staff like that on a daily basis there is only so much you can take as a staff member All the negative comments. Maybe you should take a look at the way you behave before judging anybody else they are doing their hardest to try helping you and you push in queues and act like animals....

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 You’d expect your community to support you at least share information. They pick the phone and end the call.No other way to get information which is not on the website. I am not surprised but still really disappointed.

Rating:1 Absolutely disgusting customer service I called them in regards some information that I needed but when I call them it gets connected to a automated system which gives me options to chose from, when I chose my option the call gets connected I hear a bell going through to one of the departments, seconds later my call gets cut of without answering! I understand where the British minority has said that we (Asians) can never be organised and give a customer service like them. It’s just a put a front on but never get the job done I doubt I would recommend anyone to these lot I’d rather travel to Manchester,Birmingham then to go here.

Lady that was helping customers was very efficient and helpful only issue is parking also don’t park outside in service road you will receive a fine there are no double yellow lines just a sign that is high up beware!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 After having read so many negative reviews with regards to the confrontational nature of the staff members, I was quite apprehensive about my visit. However, everyone I’d encountered in the Nadra office section was very kind and helpful. The lady with the very long hair who was also manning the photocopy machine was very lovely.
