Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 This place is ridiculous and the people at reception are just stupid. I ordered food off just eat initially expecting the food in the next half hour. When it hadn’t arrived for over 2 1/2 hours they said it will arrive soon. I wanted to cancel but the person on the phone wouldn’t here it and was saying it’ll be fresh we where extremely busy advocating that a 3 hour was acceptable wait. Avoid this place it has no idea of decent human behaviour these idiots just do what they want.

Rating:1 Ordered one chicken burger meal , PLAIN , waited 1 hour & 45 minutes for it to turn up COLD & with mayo & salad on , when I rang back up the woman said she’d asked the “chef” & he can confirm he didn’t put nothing on it , good job the photo speaks for its self. Normally really good service but tonight was shocking & rude over the phone !!

It was juicy it didn’t taste cheap, I really enjoyed all the seasonings and sauce that was used to make the stir fry Donner. I think you guys should use steak chips instead of fries and the meal would be genuinely 10/10 meal

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The worst customer service. Ordered the philly pizza. The order arrived 1 hour later and the pizza had been dropped by driver or the take way. They sent a replacement pizza an hour later which turned out to be the wrong pizza. They wouldn’t collect the incorrect pizza or refund the payment. I wouldn’t recommend them the food at this branch isn’t anything special and I don’t think its worth paying for
