I went to my first class with Rick today and I will definitely be back. The studio is great and being able to track your performance really pushes you. Rick was a really helpful and motivating instructor. I would definitely recommend giving SpinBox a go!

Came across SpinBox and went along for a trial session, I absolutely loved it. There are a number of classes running each work that fit around my other commitments. Rick is fantastic, the classes are really enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Rick has well equipped new studio. The real time heart rate and effort measurement equipment Rick has really contributes significantly to the amount you get out of the class. He also always has a killer playlist

I first went to a spin class thinking it would be a one off but I can’t get enough of Rick’s classes. He’s extremely welcoming and a fantastic instructor. The studio is brilliant with quality equipment and it’s great that you can track your performance on screen via the heart monitors that are supplied. Thanks a lot Rick

Such a fabulous class really interactive and high-tech! The HR monitors make it super motivating as you can see how you are doing on the big screen. First class back after being off poorly for a while and it was just what I needed! I will definitely be back! Would 100% recommend!
