Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Angela is an exceptional yoga teacher who genuinely loves the practice for what it offers in personal wellbeing. Her classes are well thought out and engaging. I have attended levels the Ashtanga and the Vinyasa classes and enjoyed them all. The first class on Saturday is perfect for beginners as a gentle start. The venue is a rather pretty church. I always look forward to class and I always feel better when I leave.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Absolutely lovely, knowledgable, friendly, and warm yoga teacher. Angela is fabulous and I love her advanced vinyasa flow classes. She is very welcoming, engaging, and gives fantastic cues. She also gradually and cleverly works you up to a peak pose and does so very naturally that you feel great at the end. As someone who has practiced yoga for 15 years and attended many different yoga studios in UK and Europe, I can honestly say that I’m so happy to have found this studio. On top of that the classes are reasonably priced and there are great bundles to choose from. Thank you Angela ❤️

She is an outstanding instructor who offers gentle advice and encouragement for all levels while keeping a light, fun tone to her classes. She adapts her classes to cater for all. Her sequences are well thought out and you will definitely get to wake up your muscles and give them a good stretch. If you are new to yoga or experienced, I would highly recommend her classes.
