Especially Megan! I would just like to say a massive Thank you to you all for looking after our boy!! It absolutely means the absolute world to us!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 During an extremely difficult time, Megan and Charlotte just scooped our family up into their arms and guided in every way. Nothing is too much trouble. From the first painful phone call to collecting dad’s ashes our family will be always thankful.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 A Big Thank You to Megan Armitage and her team (Hearse Driver ,pall bearers etc) for organising the funeral and a wonderful send off for my father. From our first meeting to organise the funeral with my sister , Megan was caring, polite and professional and guided us through the process of organising a funeral and the paperwork which needed to be completed. There was a good selection of order of Services to choice from and we choose the “Footprints on the Beach Scene”. Also having a bookmark with my father’s photo on with the ”Footprints poem” was a lovely gesture and a fitting tribute to give to people at the funeral. Seeing my father dressed all smart and peaceful in his coffin was all serene and brought us some closure to me and my sister. I wouldn’t hesitate about using Coop Longfield House again and would recommend using their services.

From the very first phone call, everything was done with nothing but pure outstanding, understanding, caring professional touch. We were kept up to date with everything. They answered every questions, accepted every changes. No complaints at all. Top class professional funeral care.

Rating:5 There are no adequate words to say thank you to the Co-op Funeralcare, Longfield House for their support cooperation and flexibility in helping us arrange our Mothers funeral. Even in the face of constant changes and requests, even on the last day. We were dealt with with kindness and patience and understanding. Nothing was too much.
