Zaf the salesman was very helpful when looking around the store, he was there to answer any questions and given me a good advise and suggestions based on my living room that I had shown him. Exceptionally professional and friendly attitude in helping me with the process for the purchase. Thank you once again, awesome experience!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Dreadfull experience…avoid!! The suite is less than 2 years old and the structure has collapsed completely. A single piece of foam was offered as a solution, the wrong part was sent and no further action has been offered. Aweful company to deal with, go elsewhere if you want decent service and goods!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Recently bought new sofas from here (our old ones are from here and are still going strong after 8yrs, but we needed more seating). I was served by Ayaz and I have to say, he’s a credit to the company. He was very friendly (in a genuine way), went above and beyond and wasn’t pushy at all. We also got a bargain, compared to shopping online. I’d definitely recommend shopping in-store vs. online! Happy customer

I have been to SCS bradford today, had awful experience from the store manager.
No customer service at all.
It was like buy it or leave it,they are not bothered at all.
I went to buy sofas for my living room as the sale was ending tonight. Left the store with out buying anything due to the poor customer service.
I’ll buying from DFS first time ever.
