0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Usually have a good experience. Had the odd few experiences with Shell where there fuel meter is turning (slowly) but no fuel being released. Aside from that, this branch is quite accommodating, especially when I need to go on long journeys.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Terrible customer service, overcharged for 3 items. Was told to wait aside for management, nobody came for about 5 minutes. Management was extremely rude and was annoyed that I had noticed, he then asked me to go and show him. Spent forever trying to add up what he owed me back which was a ridiculously easy sum, then he got a calculator out and then he told me to pick something else instead..by that point I was just ready to leave. Terrible!

Rating:1 Cashier forgot to scan my shell go card, says sorry and ask me to move aside, he says he’ll sort me out after next customer, the customer bought a can of coke, then he scan my card, I asked him so he scan for the amount I filled my tank that was £75? He answered yes, later when I checked my shell go statement, stated I spent £1.75, honesty is the best policy, if you can’t sort it out just say so, not lying to customer.
